Your workouts are saved to the Workout app on your Apple Watch. Simply start a run as you always do — Apple Watch will tap your wrist when it’s time to switch between walking and running intervals.

My First 5K supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Text Size, and Dark Mode. You can start a running workout indoors or outdoors.

It supports English, Français, Español, Deutsch, Português, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文, and 繁體中文. It’s also localized for English variants in Canada, the US, and the UK.
